The guys did an amazing job. The quote was a great price and Tim and his right hand man did a great job. Got it done in just a few hours. They had to cut through concrete and dig an 8 foot deep hole to fix my main line. Will totally recommend A-1 to all my friends and family.

I called A-1 at 5pm on a Thursday to ask for a main drain clean out. Andrew showed up less than an hour later with a smile on his face and the right tools to get the job done fast. They are timely and keep you updated on every thing, every step of the way. They are efficient and clean up after themselves. I have never had to call them out for a re-fix of a situation. This company was highly recommended to me and they live up to their reputation. Andrew serviced my home and did an outstanding job. He fixed my slow tub drain problem and let me know what was happening throughout the process, and he left the area clean. I have a sewer line blockage problem and they are going to do a second look for me to be certain they know which method has to used to clear it, so I don’t end up paying a higher price if it is not necessary. Great people, great service, great company! I highly recommend them everyone’s plumbing needs!

Had several guys from the company come over to fix a leak we’ve had for weeks. They failed to communicate with eachother from different dates causing the issue to be drawn out for longer than needed. Then, when they moved our washer and dryer to check for a leak they broke the prong off the cord and left it in our outlet which is a hazard for electrocution. They did not tell us they broke it and instead left without saying a word and we had to find out later. When we contacted the company to get the washer either fixed or reimbursed for the damages the manager or whoever claimed to be the highest at the company (I believe his name was Tim) gaslit me and my partner and said it was our fault due to our washer being old. Despite us unplugging several times since we’ve had it with no issues. He talked down to us on the phone and just had awful customer service and refused to pay for the issue. They also cut a hole into our wall and left a giant mess in our laundry room without cleaning it up. If it wasn’t for the fact that our rental company is paying for them and not us I would refuse to work with them. But be aware they have no policy put in place to take liability for any damages done to your property!

I called on Friday and they got me scheduled for that Monday. We had an issue with our water coming out when washing. They were very prompt on the phone. I loved that they had text messages and a call 30 minutes before your appointment, they also had track your technicians location, so I could ensure my dog was put up. Chuck our technician was super informational and kind. He also cleaned up after himself! Friendly company!
